Faisal Mushtaq

Chief Executive Officer

With over 25 years of healthcare experience, Faisal’s focus as CEO is to ensure that the company delivers on its passion – helping employers, payers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and consumers improve drug pricing transparency across the prescription drug ecosystem. Prior to joining Truveris, Faisal held a variety of executive leadership positions at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions. Most recently, Faisal served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Payer and Life Sciences Business Unit, one of the fastest growing markets for Allscripts. In that role, he worked with some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies, clinical research organizations (CRO) and health plans to bring to market innovative analytics and operational improvement solutions. In his 8 years at Allscripts, he was one of the executive leaders responsible for growing the company from 1,500 to over 7,000 employees and from $350 million to over $1.6 billion in annual revenue. Before Allscripts, Faisal worked as Chief Product and Development Officer at Neoforma, Chief Product Officer at Biz360 and Chief Operating Officer at CresSoft. Faisal completed postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School and earned a BS in computer science and electrical engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Faisal has co-authored five patents and has served as board member at various entrepreneurship and Industry development organizations.

Michael Facendola

Chief Financial Officer

With over 15 years of experience in finance for high-growth organizations, Michael leads Truveris’ finance team. Most recently, Michael was Chief Financial Officer for Collective, an advertising company, and a finance executive for Epocrates where he assisted in leading the company through its successful acquisition by Athenahealth.

Puneet Goel

Chief Product Officer

With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Puneet’s focus is to ensure that Truveris builds products that serve market needs. Prior to Truveris, Puneet has worked in a variety of business and technical roles at Oracle, Adobe Systems, mBlox, and LabVantage.

Bertrand Janin

Chief Technology Officer

Bertrand is responsible for leading the engineering of Truveris’ platforms. For the past 15 years, Bertrand has designed, developed, and shipped software in the U.S., Canada, France and Switzerland. Prior to joining Truveris, he played instrumental roles in developing software platforms for a variety of companies across sectors.

Hannah Peters Siegfried

Director, Human Resources 

With 15 years of experience specializing in small to mid-size startup and growth organizations, Hannah leads Truveris’ Human Resources team. Her broad expertise includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition and management. Prior to Truveris, she was a Human Resources Director at Libra Group, an executive search consultant at Heidrick & Struggles and a litigation attorney in state and federal court, where she practiced employment and immigration law. Hannah is a licensed attorney in New York, New Jersey and Illinois.

Brenda Flood

Vice President, Operations

A pharmacy benefits management veteran with over 30 years experience, Brenda leads Truveris’ Operations team where she is responsible for the oversight of procurement services, including managing the full pharmacy benefits lifecycle from RFP to ongoing bill review. Prior to Truveris, she held management roles in a variety of Fortune 500 companies including Medco, AT&T, and Time Warner Cable. She also worked in Assurance Services as a financial analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tim Herlehy

Chief Revenue Officer

A sales executive with success in delivering exponential sales growth at small and large corporations, Tim has over 25 years of experience providing healthcare solutions to payers, insurance carriers and pharmaceutical manufacturers. With a track record of growing innovative companies, Tim’s focus is to oversee new business at Truveris. Previously, Tim held executive sales roles at TriZetto, HealthEdge, and ConnectYourCare.

AJ Loiacono

Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer

With over 20 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and healthcare, AJ has led Truveris in product development, strategic planning and enterprise partnerships. He previously cofounded SMS and was the President and cofounder of Victrix, which provides supply chain and consulting solutions for pharma manufacturers. He also served as a Partner with Artemis Venture Capital.

Stephen Bloch

Steve is a General Partner at Canaan Partners, focused on healthcare investments. In addition to Truveris, he currently serves on the boards of DICOM Grid, Envisia, Liquidia, LQ3, Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Mitraspan, and Sample6. Prior to Canaan, Steve founded multiple start-ups in the medical technology space. Steve obtained his A.B. from Dartmouth College, M.A. in the History of Science and Public Policy from Harvard University, and M.D. from the University of Rochester.

Vijay Lathi

Vijay Lathi is a Managing Director focused on information convergence and diagnostics investments. Vijay joined Sprout in 1998, was promoted to Partner in 2003, and was one of the founders of New Leaf in 2005.  Prior to focusing on information convergence, Vijay’s investment activity covered a range of healthcare technologies including HCIT, diagnostics and therapeutic platforms, and was the founding investor in both Ilypsa (sold to Amgen) and Relypsa (RLYP). Prior to joining Sprout, Vijay was an analyst in the Healthcare Venture Capital Group at Robertson Stephens & Co. and analyst at Cornerstone Research, a consulting firm focused on financial and economic analysis for business litigation. Vijay graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University where he received his B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering, with an emphasis on the application of engineering to life science technology.

Brian Hirsch

Brian is a co-founder of Tribeca Venture Partners. Prior to TVP, Brian founded the venture arm of Greenhill & Co (NYSE: GHL), was a Principal at Sterling Partners and a Vice President at ABN AMRO Private Equity. Brian has invested across a broad number of sectors during his career including fintech, edtech, healthcare IT, marketing and media. Brian has a BA in economics and American studies from Brandeis University.

Matt Simas

Matt has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with executive leadership, board and private equity director and advisor roles across the healthcare technology and services continuum including MedInitiatives (founder, chair & CEO), IMS Health, MedImpact Healthcare Systems, SilverStream Capital, HealthyCircles, Aldera, BusinessOne Technologies and TPG. He currently sits on the boards of Alliance Health and Truveris. Matt completed the executive education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and received a BA in organizational communication from California State University Sacramento.
