About the panelists:
John Fischetti leads global compensation, employee benefits, and mobility programs for the 80,000 employees at Kyndryl. Prior to joining Kyndryl, John spent four years at Moody’s where he served as the Managing Director of their global Total Rewards function. John has also served as an HR leader at GE, Altria, and J.P.Morgan.
Amy VanDuyn has led the human resources team at Phreesia for over a decade. She is responsible for the design and implementation of all talent strategies, policies, and processes at the high-growth healthcare technology company. Prior to joining Phreesia, Amy held HR leadership roles in the hospitality, SaaS, and public relations industries.
Lisa Vilaverde is Vice President of the global Total Rewards program at Equinox Group, which includes the Equinox Fitness Clubs, Equinox Hotel, SoulCycle, and Blink Fitness organizations. Prior to joining Equinox, Lisa led the Health and Welfare function at WPP, the global advertising firm. In addition, Lisa served on the Benefits team at Time Warner Inc. for over seven years.
About the moderator:
Louise Shea, RPh, has nearly four decades of experience within the pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem. At Truveris, Louise serves as Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, where she devises and implements new solutions to the challenges that patients, payers, and life sciences brands face in the pharmacy chain.
