Louise Shea, RPh, Chief Pharmacy Officer

Louise Shea, RPh, has nearly four decades of experience within the pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem. At Truveris, Louise serves as Chief Pharmacy Officer. Prior to joining Truveris, Louise held several leadership and technical positions across the industry. Her titles included Regional VP of Client Engagement at a large PBM, VP of Client Relations at a pharmacy tech company, Director of Strategic Operations at a pharmacy benefit administrator for nearly 10 years, and Director of Pharmacy Operations Support at a national health plan. 

Blake Shrout, Pharm.D., Clinical Advisor

As a Clinical Advisor, Blake serves as a subject matter expert on pharmacy-related topics. He partners with Client Solutions’ account team to support the clinical needs of clients, while also providing ongoing client-specific clinical insights and industry trends. Prior to joining Truveris, Blake served as the pharmacist-in-charge of a Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy before working as a Clinical Pharmacist for Conduent where he oversaw the specialty and rare disease drug edits.   

Jake Powers, Pharm.D., Clinical Advisor

As a Clinical Advisor and pharmacist with Truveris, Jake has provided clinical insights for clients related to their drug spend and the impact the services provided by their PBM’s have financially and clinically. Prior to joining Truveris, he was a pharmacist for 5+ years with experience in Managed Care through a residency and 2 subsequent years at a large PBM, CarelonRx working on the specialty cost management team. He has also worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers as clients, assisting in the development and management of savings programs.
