Nanette Oddo
Chief Executive Officer
Nanette Oddo is Chief Executive Officer of Truveris. With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Nanette has dedicated her career to championing software and services that improve access, affordability, patient engagement, and shared decision-making in healthcare. Prior to joining Truveris, Nanette served as General Manager of Phreesia, the industry’s leading patient intake and engagement software solution. Previously, she has held a variety of senior leadership positions spanning managed care, data analytics, and patient engagement within the healthcare industry at companies including CVS, Medco, Pharmetrics, ProCare, and TNS.
Mike Facendola
Chief Operating Officer
Mike leads operations, finance, and administration at Truveris. He has more than 20 years of experience in fundraising, finance, and accounting including public company reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and working with boards of directors, investment and commercial banks, venture capital and private equity. Prior to Truveris, he was Chief Financial Officer at Collective, an advertising technology company and Vice President of Finance at Epocrates, where he led its acquisition by Athenahealth.
Previously, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of Aureon Biosciences, an early stage laboratory diagnostic company where he raised several rounds of private financing and helped launch its commercial operations. He began his career in the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen, LLP and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. He holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst Isenberg School of Management.
Diane Throop
Chief Development Officer
Diane leads the Product and Engineering teams at Truveris, in addition to the development of Truveris’ next generation data and analytics platform, the Unified Data Platform. In this role, Diane brings with her three decades of expertise in the healthcare analytics space.
Diane most recently led data and informatics functions for Optum Analytics, with reach of approximately 100 million lives. She was an early leader at Humedica, a Boston-based startup focused on advanced clinical analytics which became part of the Optum Analytics business. She has also led data and analytics at two other healthcare analytic startups – PharMetrics, which focused on Health Economic/Outcomes Research/Market Analytic studies for life science companies (sold to IMS Health) and MediQual Systems which focused on in-hospital severity adjustment analyses (sold to Cardinal Health). She holds an SB in Mathematics from MIT, MS in Statistics from Colorado State University, and MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Gregg DiPietro
Chief Marketing Officer
Gregg leads the strategic vision, direction, and performance of all marketing activities, which include building and strengthening the Truveris brand, driving growth strategies to support new and existing markets, and increasing demand for Truveris’ products and solutions. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Gregg has delivered value-creating business and marketing strategies for multiple leading global healthcare brands. Prior to Truveris, Gregg was Senior Vice President, Marketing for Press Ganey Associates, the industry’s leading healthcare performance improvement organization. While at Press Ganey, he led the marketing function through a period of rapid growth that included an IPO and two subsequent private equity events.
Previously, Gregg co-founded CatchPoint Partners, a strategic marketing consultancy with deep expertise in the healthcare and technology sectors. Before founding CatchPoint, he was Managing Director, Head of Marketing and Organizational Development for Leerink SVB, the nation’s leading healthcare investment bank. Gregg is actively involved in numerous community initiatives and serves on multiple charitable boards. Gregg received a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Adrian Piets
Chief Technology Officer
Adrian serves Truveris as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he oversees the Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams, whose goals are to create and iterate upon cutting-edge systems and technology to serve Truveris clients.
Adrian has spent the past two decades creating innovative technology solutions at high-growth consulting and healthcare firms. Notably, Adrian served as a Managing Director at The Advisory Board Company, which was later acquired by Optum. For five years, Adrian served as VP of Engineering at EAB, an education technology firm. Adrian is a graduate of Harvard University.
Kaliroi Brodin, PharmD
SVP, Pharmacy Solutions
Kaliroi has been working as a pharmacist for over 20 years and brings with her a diverse pharmacy background. Kaliroi has had experience in various pharmacy areas including academia, managed care, pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceuticals and retail pharmacy. For the past 10 years, Kaliroi served as a strategic pharmacy advisor to clients at Willis Towers Watson and led the East Pharmacy Practice Division. In her consultant role, Kaliroi provided consulting and clinical information to employers aimed at optimizing their prescription drug benefit through vendor selection, plan design strategy, and contract benchmarking.
Prior to consulting, Kaliroi was the Director for Clinical Pharmacy Programs at HIP Health Plan of NY for 10 years and also served as the Director for Health and Wellness Services at Duane Reade. Kaliroi received her BS and PharmD degrees from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions. She also completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, NY. Kaliroi is a registered pharmacist in New York State and has published articles in various pharmacy and medical journals.
Lindsey Sussman
SVP, Client Solutions
Lindsey serves Truveris as Senior Vice President of Client Solutions. In this role, Lindsey leads Truveris’ client account and delivery teams for both the Payer and Life Sciences solution suites. The coordinated efforts of these teams is designed to ensure Truveris clients are maximizing their pharmacy programs by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
Lindsey has spent the past 20 years in healthcare, primarily in the pharmacy benefits space. Prior to joining Truveris, Lindsey served as a Vice President at OptumRx for six years, focused on delivering robust client strategy solutions. Lindsey began her career at Medco in various client management positions and is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College.
Louise Shea, RPh
SVP, Product Strategy
Louise Shea, RPh, has nearly four decades of experience within the pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem. At Truveris, Louise serves as Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, where she devises and implements new solutions to the challenges that patients, payers, and life sciences brands face in the pharmacy chain.
Prior to joining Truveris, Louise spent time in the PBM industry, as Regional Vice President of Client Engagement at Prime Therapeutics. In a similar role, Louise spent time guiding clients at Lagniappe Pharmacy Services, a pharmacy technology company, based in Pine Brook, New Jersey.
For nearly 10 years, Louise was the Director of Strategic Operations at Argus Health Systems, with responsibilities including client relationships, product development, process improvement, and overall pharmacy benefit management for clients, including clinical programs, pharmacy networks, drug information, and reporting. Louise served in a similar role at Prudential Healthcare as Director of Pharmacy Operations Support.
Louise began her career behind the pharmacy counter as a community pharmacist for nearly seven years.
Jonathan Weinrieb
General Counsel
Jon heads Truveris’s Legal Department, serving as Truveris’s General Counsel and Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry.
Jon embarked on his legal career representing pharmaceutical manufacturers and other industry stakeholders dedicated to developing and delivering critically-needed therapies to patients. Jon worked as an associate at several top-ranked Washington, DC-based law firms and ultimately became a Principal at OFW Law, where he practiced for over eleven years. As part of his practice, Jon represented Truveris as outside counsel.
In more recent years, Jon served as Associate General Counsel and Privacy Officer for a Boston-based digital health company, ZappRx, taking them through a round of financing and their eventual sale to Allscripts in 2019.
Jon maintains deep expertise in the broad requirements of HIPAA, HITECH, and the various Anti-Kickback and other anti-fraud and abuse laws. In his capacity as General Counsel, Jon strategically evaluates and advises Truveris on myriad legal and regulatory issues confronting the company.
Jon graduated with Honors from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
