Heather Strout

Heather brings nearly three decades of experience in building and scaling post-sale organizations in the SaaS and technology sectors. At Truveris, she leads the Customer Success team with a focus on driving retention, streamlining processes, and strengthening broker and client relationships. Her approach emphasizes data-driven decision-making, operational clarity, and customer value realization.  

Prior to joining Truveris, Heather held leadership roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, Mediafly, and Khoros, where she led large-scale customer transformations and launched programs that improved retention and strengthened client relationships. Known for her focus on accountability and transparency, she is passionate about developing high-performing teams that are aligned to business outcomes. 

Heather earned her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a BS in Public Relations from Florida State University. When she’s not working, Heather enjoys outdoor adventures with her family or exploring the latest thinking on leadership.

Kian Bichoupan, PhD

Kian Bichoupan brings over a decade of operations and analytics experience in the pharmacy and healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Truveris, Kian specializes in procurement analytics and contract monitoring for employer plan sponsors. Previously, he worked as a consultant at Simon-Kucher and Partners where he crafted pricing and market access strategies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Kian completed his Master’s and PhD at the Icahn School of Medicine. He has authored/co-authored 50+ publications involving clinical outcomes research, healthcare economics, drug pricing, and real-world evidence.

Garrett Fienberg

As the CEO of Truveris, Garrett brings 20+ years of proven expertise in founding, operating, and helping businesses grow and become more profitable. Prior to his role at Truveris, Garrett’s career has spanned venture capital, hedge funds, investment banking and management consulting, and Fortune 1000 companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Lucent Technologies New Ventures Group, and CSC Index.

In addition, Garrett co-founded Geovideo Networks, a venture-backed software applications developer that was sold to WireOne Networks and Intellicoat Technologies, a venture-backed energy services company. He was President of Fulltime Fantasy Sports, sold to Sports Illustrated/Maven in 2014. Later, he was the VP, Sales and Marketing Operations at Phreesia, a SAAS Healthcare IT company where he oversaw a 50% annual sales growth and also expanded the Sales Development Program from 6 to over 125 SDRs in 5 years.

Garrett holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan.

Louise Shea, RPh

Louise Shea, RPh, has nearly four decades of experience within the pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem. At Truveris, Louise serves as Chief Pharmacy Officer, where she leverages Truveris’ analytics and internal industry expertise to ensure our clients are equipped to make the best decisions for the pharmacy plans they support.

Prior to joining Truveris, Louise spent time in the PBM industry, as Regional Vice President of Client Engagement at Prime Therapeutics. In a similar role, Louise spent time guiding clients at Lagniappe Pharmacy Services, a pharmacy technology company, based in Pine Brook, New Jersey.  

For nearly 10 years, Louise was the Director of Strategic Operations at Argus Health Systems, with responsibilities including client relationships, product development, process improvement, and overall pharmacy benefit management for clients, including clinical programs, pharmacy networks, drug information, and reporting. Louise served in a similar role at Prudential Healthcare as Director of Pharmacy Operations Support. 

Louise began her career behind the pharmacy counter as a community pharmacist for nearly seven years.

Adrian Piets

Adrian serves Truveris as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he oversees the Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams, whose goals are to create and iterate upon cutting-edge systems and technology to serve Truveris clients.

Adrian has spent the past two decades creating innovative technology solutions at high-growth consulting and healthcare firms. Notably, Adrian served as a Managing Director at The Advisory Board Company, which was later acquired by Optum. For five years, Adrian served as VP of Engineering at EAB, an education technology firm. Adrian is a graduate of Harvard University.

Nanette Oddo

Nanette is a healthcare technology executive who brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience to Truveris as Chief Executive Officer. She is dedicated to bringing healthcare software and tech-enabled service to help improve access, affordability, patient engagement and shared decision making to the healthcare marketplace. She has served in a variety of leadership positions spanning managed care, data analytics, and patient engagement within the healthcare industry at companies like Medco, CVS ProCare, Pharmetrics, TNS and Phreesia. Prior to Truveris she served as General Manager at Phreesia, the leading intake and patient engagement software solution.

Sara Sherrod

Sara Sherrod serves Truveris as Vice President of Marketplace Management. In this role, Sara collaborates with pharmacy benefit managers and other pharmacy vendors to ensure their success within Truveris’ competitive procurement marketplace for plan sponsors. Prior to this function, Sara was a core member of Truveris’ Strategy and Innovation team. Sara has also spent time at Phreesia on their Business Systems and Special Projects teams. Sara has experience as an attorney, practicing at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, with a focus on corporate law. Sara is a graduate of Pomona University. She also holds a J.D. from Georgetown University.

Gregg DiPietro

Gregg leads the strategic vision, direction and performance of all sales and marketing activities, which include driving growth strategies to support new and existing markets, increasing demand for Truveris’ products and solutions, and advancing the Truveris brand. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Gregg has delivered value-creating growth and marketing strategies for multiple leading global healthcare brands.

Prior to Truveris, Gregg was Senior Vice President, Marketing for Press Ganey Associates, the industry’s leading healthcare performance improvement organization. While at Press Ganey, he led the marketing function through a period of rapid growth that included an IPO and two subsequent private equity events. 

Previously, Gregg co-founded CatchPoint Partners, a strategic marketing consultancy with deep expertise in the healthcare and technology sectors. Before founding CatchPoint, he was Managing Director, Head of Marketing and Organizational Development for Leerink SVB, the nation’s leading healthcare investment bank. Gregg is actively involved in numerous community initiatives and serves on multiple charitable boards. Gregg received a BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
